If you click on the docs tab, you can see all the helpful resources we've included, including the slides for today's webinar and also if you'd like to submit a support ticket at any time to get your process going. Lastly, you can ask q and a, and that's in that q and a tab on the right hand side. We will get to as many questions as we can, but we did set aside a lot of time to make sure that we get your questions. If you have very specific questions, we will follow-up with you after to answer your questions. Let's see. Any other things in housekeeping? That looks like it, so let's go to the agenda for today's call. So lots of things to cover, future of Nexonia, migration overview. We'll do a quick demo of them first professional. By quick, I mean, like, fifteen to twenty minutes. So don't worry. You'll get all your questions answered, hopefully, in that demo and then helpful resources and q and a. So now to keep this process going, I will move it over to Megan. Megan, take it away. Perfect. Thank you, Lauren, and welcome, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Megan Taylor, and I am product marketer here at Emburse. And today, I'm joined by a great team of Tore, Jamie, and Diana, and we're gonna be sharing a little bit about updates around the Nexonia product, where we're going with Emburse Professional, and we really are excited to show you about the future of Professional and help you get excited and talk a little bit about that upgrade path that you all have opportunities to take to take advantage of a lot of the latest and greatest innovations that are going on in our product suite. So before we get into it, I do wanna take just a moment to set the stage of who Inverse is and how it is related to Nexonia. So Inverse is the largest or one of the largest travel and expense management solutions in the world. We currently support 12,000,000 users across 20,000 customers globally. And we actually have a large portfolio of products here at Inverse. And for those who may not know, Nexonio was actually added to our portfolio back in 2015. So while you've been using the Nexonio product and it's the one that you log into often, you've been part of the Inverse family for quite some time. Now here at Inverse, our approach to products has really been simple. We've been focused on taking the best components of our products and finding ways to spread it across our portfolio and utilize it in different ways. And really, the reason for this is we wanna make sure that we're building the best of the best in helping serve finance teams so they can help control spend, get visibility, and ultimately provide a great experience for their employees when they're managing their expenses. So here is a quick little overview of the imbursed portfolio. This is just our expense solutions, but we've got travel solutions, AP solutions, payment solutions. So it's quite a wide portfolio. But our plan and what we've recently done with Nexonia has taken a lot of the best and the greatest pieces of it, including its strong ERP integrations, and we've actually moved it over into the inverse professional product. And why you're here today and why we're having this conversation is we've actually reached a point where inverse professional not only supports all the pieces of Nexonian functionality that you have today, but it also provides a lot of great new and additional functionality in terms of AI, in terms of automation, reporting capabilities. And we're very excited now that we have a very clear upgrade path built for Nexonia clients so that you can actually move, leverage all the technology you've used today, but then actually get access to some of the latest and greatest innovations that we have built within our product suite. And so today with Tore, Jamie, and Diana, we're gonna be sharing a little bit more about what that upgrade path looks like, what are some of the things that you can start taking advantage of in First Professional, and then, of course, answer your questions so that you feel confident in that move and that you can really start to access the latest and greatest technology that we are building for finance teams like yourselves. And so with that, I'll pass it over to Tori, a member of our product management team, to share a little bit more. Awesome. Thank you so much, Megan. Alright. Well, thank you everyone for for joining us today. As many of you are aware, you've been invited to participate in our Nexania migration program. So a little bit about me and and why I feel really excited about this is I've been with, the organization with Nixonia for I think I just celebrated thirteen years a couple weeks ago. So I know a lot about Nexania as a platform, but also our Nexania users. And I'm really confident that that what you see today in terms of the future of Emburst and some of the updates and upgrades we've made available will really not just make you excited about expense management, but also help to really ease your organization into the future of expense management as well. So with that, I'd like to introduce the program here. It's specially designed for customers such as yourselves who have been using Nexania, and you rely on the workflows, the ERP integrations that you've built out in Nexania and are looking forward to a modern path with that with minimal disruption. What this pro program offers, it's a like for like technical migration at no cost. So that means the current configurations, the approval workflows, policies, categories, and even your ERP connections are translated from your Nexonia account into Embers Professional rather than being rebuilt from scratch. We built a structured support around this transition as well. So in addition to the webinar that you're you're joining us here for today, we have documentation. We have migration guides. For those who have logged in to their imbursed professional account as an administrator already, we've sent invites, and those, invites give you access to in product walk throughs. And we also have a a rich, dedicated, support team filled with resources to to help you along with this migration as well. As an additional offer as part of this migration is that we're also, offering exclusive pricing. So as a Nexania customer, you have a, order or a a subscription with us that we also are looking to to offer as part of our transition moving forward. Alright. So I'd like to introduce you to Inverse Professional. So Inverse Professional is designed in a way to eliminate many of the manual steps that some of you are are still managing today. We've introduced automation through receipt identification and expense categorization. So really looking to reduce employees' manual efforts and improve accuracy through Inverse AI. The interface has been modernized for both administrators and end users, and we see significant enhancements continuing to be made to the web and mobile applications to support expense capture on the go. So automation is really central to the platform from submission to approval to posting. Workflows are designed to reduce touch points and speed up a processing time. You'll see more of this during the live demo, so coming soon. But this is just a high level, introduction. Now many of of you on the call will, likely have been introduced to Nexania's ERP integrations. For many Nexania customers, the ERP integrations are really mission critical, and that has not changed with our approach across, Inverse. So in in Inverse professional, you'll find many of the same bidirectional sync capabilities that you've relied upon, whether NetSuite, Sage Intact, or other systems. It's really a core strength of Inverse Professional. What has changed is actually the improvement in terms of the experience and the depth of functionality. We're continuing to enhance those integrations regularly. They've been modernized with enhanced administrator controls, expanded configuration options, and just an ongoing, release of improvements. You'll see a lot of feature enhancements that provide flexibility and visibility directly with your admin experience. In addition to some of the features and functionalities that you're familiar with and leveraging today, I also wanted to introduce you to some of the innovation modern capabilities that exist in Inverse Professional. So beyond maintaining your your current workflows, Inverse Professional introduces new built in capabilities for finance teams. Automation through report executive provides, more control and visibility into report processing and credit card reconciliation. There are embedded reimbursements, which will allow you to pay employees faster without relying on separate workflows or separate systems. As I mentioned, the AI powered receipt matching and categorization improves compliance, reduces administrative review time, and reduces employee touch as well. You'll also gain access to, direct integrations with platforms such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Business. These are not bolt on tools. They're they're embedded capabilities to help streamline the full expense life cycle, built directly into Inverse Professional. K. In addition to what Inverse Professional offers within the platform, we also have, an expansion of the Inverse ecosystem. So this, allows you to leverage other Inverse platforms and services, such as AP automation solutions, advanced analytics platforms, AI powered audit tools, and and additional travel integrations and booking solutions to really, ensure that everything is tightly connected into the workflows that you use today. So the the goal here is is not to just replace Nexonio, but to really provide a scalable platform that supports your finance operations long term and really upgrade your experience overall with Inverse. Right? To summarize the migration program, it it's to provide you with a structure supported, technical upgrade from a legacy system into a modern actively invested platform while preserving your your core workflows. And in a moment, my colleague Jamie here will walk you through, the the migration program itself, what timelines look like, and the support programs that are available. Alright. Perfect. Over to you, Jamie. So hi, everyone. My name is Jamie, and I'm your migration resource for Professional. And today, I'd like to walk you through what the transition from Nexplania to Professional looks like. As Tori mentioned, this is a structured guided process designed to minimize disruption and position your organization for long term efficiency gains. Most customers complete this process within approximately three months, depending on your complexity and internal availability. And our priority is a controlled, competent transition, not a rushed system change. So as we begin aligning, we begin by aligning the process, timeline, and objectives. And at this stage, our goal is clarity, ensuring your team understands both the transition plan and the strategic value of moving to imbursed professional. So on February 13, your administrators should have received access to a preconfigured Embursed Professional environment, which allows them to preview the platform, validate configuration, and familiarize themselves with the user experience. And more importantly, your Nexplania environment remains fully operational during this period, and there is no disruption. Step three is the most important phase in the migration. So where applicable, this is where your team is going to go in and reconnect and validate ERP integrations, confirm expense categories and dimensions, review your roles and workflows, and export historical data from Nexania for compliance. And during this time, we we strongly encourage simulating full approval cycles and reporting workflows to ensure readiness before go live. This phase ensures operational continuity and stakeholder confidence. And to assist with step four, adoption is built into the process. So if you guys have already had a chance to look at the the migration resource room, We we offer dedicated administrator and end user training, in app guidance, and weekly office hours to support you live. And our objective is to ensure your teams are fully enabled prior to transition. Last is that formal pricing details will be provided by April 1 with exclusive migration pricing that is secured through May 15. So, again, typically, this takes about three months to complete. And once your terms are finalized, you're ready to fully transition to Inverse Professional. By this stage, your environment will be validated, tested, and your teams will be trained, ensuring a smooth go live. And then moving on. So next are your implementation options. And now that we've covered the migration structure, let's discuss what those options are. We offer two structured pathways depending on your strategic objectives and desired level of engagement. So option one is our lift and shift option, which is efficient, controlled, and cost effective. Here, we're going to replicate your existing Nexonia configuration. Your structure and workflows, your policies are migrated as is, and your team completes testing and validation during this period. So this option is ideal if you are confident in your current configuration, you don't anticipate structural or integration changes, and you value speed and simplicity. However, we do offer option two, which is also a more consultative optimization focused approach with dedicated implementation resources. Here, you receive a structured project plan, collaborative working sessions, and a strategic review of your workflow policies and integrations. And this option is ideal if you're redesigning processes or you have any complex approval or accounting structures. If you have a new ERP, HRIS system that's evolving, or you just wanna leverage this migration as an opportunity to modernize, This pathway transforms the migration from a system transition into a strategic improvement initiative. So, really, the decision typically comes down to two considerations. If speed and continuity are the priority, then lift and shift is the right fit. However, if modernization and refinement are the goal, a guided implementation may deliver a greater long term value, and we can definitely talk more about that. So at this point, I'd like to introduce Diana, who will lead today's demonstration. Diana, I'll turn it over to you. All right. Thank you, Jamie. And good day, and welcome, everybody. As a valued Nexonia customer, we're really excited to share information today and provide an overview of a burst professional. So as I share my screen here, Alright. There we go. This is the home screen kind of that command center of the desktop for imburse professional. And it is one of our most popular products in the imburse portfolio. It modernizes the entire process and we're able to integrate with the inverse products that you weren't were compatible with Nexonia, such as Inverse Analytics, which we'll review today. But Inverse Professional includes that same deep and configurable integration that Nexonia is known for. But now you have the added functionality with our imburse AI and configurable and customized spend data reporting. So today I'm going to show you what your upgraded expense experience can look like, including how to submit expenses, audited policy reviews and approvals, and really that feature rich reporting available as part of this strategic upgrade for you. So as we look at this desktop, the homepage, you'll see first off that it's a really clean, modernized screen. It's user friendly. It's designed for your users to come here first before they call accounting. So if you look at the top left hand section, we can do pre approvals. You can set up either itemized or lump sum pre approvals that go through an approval workflow. But more importantly, as your users enter expense reports, they can tie back to those spend requests. So it gives you a nice budget versus actual view of some of your spend. But if you notice in the my report section, this is really the one stop shop where your users can come to see what's been archived, what's pending approval and any and all drafts. So again, this limits hopefully the conversations that go back and forth between employees and accounting because they can come here first. If we talk about how you're gonna add receipts, I'm gonna go into this more methods here. So obviously we have Android and iPhone usage for your phone, but that's the same environment whether you're using a phone or the desktop. But like you're used to, you can also email receipt images in, maybe those hotel bills, car rental bills, office supply stores, and also we have that uploading capability. So these three options are going to go through our Reimburse AI. It's going to start to learn the history of the user, learn the history of that user as well as those vendors and start to categorize and code those. So essentially the more your users code receipts, the less they're going to have to do it. It's going to remember that. But as Tori mentioned, we also have some nice receipt integrations. So for example, your users can link the rideshare. Maybe they have their Uber business account. They'll tie it to their imbursed professional account. They step out of that vehicle. They'll get an invoice in their email. That invoice also goes into their wallet where all of your receipt images are going to go, that digital filing cabinet here we have. But that's one less picture for people to snap because that document's going to go automatically into their wallet. Speaking of wallet, a similar functionality which you're used to, if we take a look at the wallet, this is really segmented by the top section for receipts. What your users are responsible for getting in. If they put that receipt in the minute it's on in their hand, they've got a phone in their hand, they could snap that picture. You now have visibility to it as an organization while it's in a in approval or waiting for approval status for your wallet. But down below, this is where we can take your corporate credit card feeds and bring this information in automatically. So on a nightly basis, your credit card transactions will come in automatically. Hopefully on a daily basis, if not by the minute basis, your users are putting in their receipts. But the system is going to automatically put those transactions together so that it really starts the reconciliation process for your users. So it's going to match their receipts to those credit card transactions by date and by amount. So no more taking that paper statement, taking those receipts. And essentially your users probably like they're used to, they can select particular transactions, select them all and move them onto a draft expense report. So it takes them out of that temporary bucket that we're using as the wallet and puts them on a draft. But one of the benefits you'll notice and you'll see is that we have a tool here called Report Executive. This is really an automation tool that accounting departments can use. And you could get to a monthly cadence or a weekly, however often you want to process expense reports. You can pull transactions by a timeframe or by credit card for your users. So it'll go automatically to their wallets, pull those transactions out and more importantly, you can send them messages. So maybe four days before that build date, you can send a message, get your receipts in the system. We're gonna build your expense report draft for you, maybe two days before. So if your users are really diligent about getting those receipts in, our AI is going to help categorize that. Credit card transactions come in automatically. We automatically match them and create a draft for your users so that a user can come in here really by just snapping pictures. I now have a report that's built for me automatically that I can modify. So if we take a look at an expense report that was built for me from a port executive, you'll see we've got these transactions that came in there. But in the bottom right, you can see I have access to my wallet. So I can very quickly take something out of my wallet, put it onto this expense report. Just like you're used to seeing, we have Google Maps integration so your users can put the from and the to. But more importantly, we can talk about policies and we can match policies or create new ones maybe based on the category. Your user sees very quickly. They've got an issue here. They need to add receipt. I'm sorry, they need to add either some attendees, but you have a cap on here of a $100 per person. So your user will see that they need to adjust this. They can very quickly do any kind of coding. We can do match those dimensions or those custom fields that you're using today so you can get that split allocation based on receipts. But in the middle section, you'll see I have an attendee. I can look at my attendees. I take these people out all the time. Now that I've added a couple people here to my $115 bill, When I click save, that error message goes away. So it's an opportunity for the users to tweak it before they send it for approval. As we talk about sending it for approval, we can do complex workflows where we can create based on user, maybe based on category, based on dollar amount thresholds, but your user sees where it's going to go. You put in some comments here. If I can spell, and we'll go ahead and say that's good to go. Once I submit this, my manager will receive an email. They can go right through that email and connect either through the mobile phone or through the desktop. But I can delegate in as you're used to as a manager. And now I'm looking at a manager view. So when we talk about managers, maybe we can look at policies or what kind of exceptions are going to come out here. So if we focus on this bottom line item, this is the expense report that just came through. As an approver, I can now go through very quickly. You'll see we've added a receipt image. So an approver can go through line by line, see that image, identify any areas, highlight exceptions here. So if you look, we've got an audit flag. So we can do audit capability here that will continue to track the types of audits that you want to flag. This, for example, will look at the receipt and calculate the tip. So you can put a tip percentage on here for a flag. Or you might want to do alcohol policy. This is actually looking at the receipt image with imburse AI and looking for these words that you've identified for alcohol policies. So instead of picking up the phone, you can go right through here on a line by line basis. You can inquire back to the employee, maybe asking them why there was liquor on here. You might send a note going forward to accounting saying, it's okay to pay, I've discussed it. You might want to deduct the amount right then and there. And if you make a deduction, you have to give a reason. So all of this is captured from an audit trail perspective, which will be information captured at the line item level. So if you want to send messages back and forth by a line item, or you can disapprove or approve the entire report. So it's really going to give you that option of whatever type of workflow you want to do. I'm feeling like I'm in a good mood. I'm going to go ahead and hit approve. And of course this doesn't happen in your environment, but we're going to go ahead and approve that report. And it's going to go in my workflow to accounting, but of course we can add more people into the process as you need. Go ahead, put some comments here and submit. And as you would suspect, now we're going to look at it from the accounting role. And the nice thing is the accounting role, we've got the ability to process requests just like you're used to, where anything that you post from here, you make modifications so that hopefully you don't have to do reclassifications or reallocations later. Because once you post in here, that's when we can export to your ERP system. We've got those built in connectors for QuickBooks and Intact and NetSuite, but really we are ERP agnostic. And if you've got any system, as long as it can accept a CSV, we can bring that data in for you so that there's no manual rekeying or effort needed. But one of the things, know, when you talk about letting the system work for you from an accounting perspective, maybe if you have no policy violations, these are your violations, less than a certain dollar amount, maybe you can approve these. And I'm never really sight unseen, but if the managers are doing the work, that's great. However, you could also look by expense type. So maybe meals have been out of control. So you can identify and review expense reports that are coded to meals. So really a way for you to kind of ferret through these expense reports so that once you process from here, that's when we can send an export file. So that in addition to the processing of expense reports, like you're used to, we can also process reimbursements, whether they're ACH or check payments or wire transfers, we can do that. But what I want to make a focus on here, and I think this will be a big change for everybody on the call here, is our reporting. So as an approver, I'm looking and I'm getting full access to reports. So we've got 53 reports. I counted them yesterday. These are default reports that come standard with the system. They can all be exported to CSV, Excel, or PDF. You can do custom reports. But as I scroll down here, just to note, these are some of the default reports and there's going to be filtering capabilities. But for example, top hotel vendors, when a user puts in lodging, they're going to have to put the name of the hotel chain or hotel and the location. Guess what? Now you can run reports very quickly by hotel, maybe Marriott's or who's going to Dallas, Texas. So a lot of opportunity there. I'm going to show you how to run one report. And if you can run one, I guarantee you can run them all. So let's take a look at this expense report accruals. And what I want to highlight here is these filters are there for you already. So not necessary to create a custom report. If you're tracking, for example, by project as one of your custom fields, that dropdown list will be here. But if you look at status, this is where we can really identify things in a wallet. So essentially someone just snapped a picture. They've saved it. You now have visibility to it versus on a draft expense report or pending pending approval or completed. So at any stage of the game, you're gonna have that visibility to your spend. I'll just click submit here so you can see what it looks like out of the box. And it sort of looks and feels like Excel. There's a lot of columns off to the right, very different than probably what you're used to today. But this particular report says drag a column header here to group by that column. So maybe you want to do a cost analysis or review of expense category. I'm literally taking the title, dragging it into the gray bar, and now it's sorted by category. So I picked on meals large group because that's always an area for extra growth. Right? But here I'm going to see all of the lines that took place. And for those of you sitting down, wait till you see this. You click view, you're actually going back to the full expense report. You're able to see lined item comments. The manager asked why the employee said had to when it comes to alcohol. Who did what on behalf of whom? From an audit trail perspective, that's all there for you. You can see the full approval history. And any time you're in an expense report window, you can print this report, which has all these features you can turn on and off. Or maybe you want a weekly summarized total, a nice little pie chart showing you your category spend. You've got details as far as the GL coding and every receipt images that's there. So this is all there anytime you're in an expense report window. And I can't guarantee this will happen, but maybe you view this as a PDF, send this report and maybe your auditors can stay out of your system. So we were able to get there just from that one report. But on top of the reports that we have, we also have an optional tool called imburse analytics. And this to me is the end in mind. How do you wanna see this data so that it very quickly represents the KPIs that you wanna look at? We set you up with default views, and this is our number one view, which really, you know, based on any of these parameters, it tells you what you've spent, how many expense reports. This bar chart, which if you want to make it a pie chart, you can. I can literally click on December, see it's a little high. And now I'm only looking at December data. I can also say maybe I wanna look at cell phone. If I do a single click on cell phone, now I'm looking at December cell phone. When you start to look at things like this, now you can see some trends. Well, I've got AT and T as pretty large amount. Maybe that's an anomaly for December. Maybe it's an opportunity to go back to AT and T, try to get a corporate discount, or maybe have conversations with these two employees for those charges or even the sales department. But the real power, in my opinion, comes from the fact that you can schedule the delivery of these reports. You determine the frequency. So however often you want to send that, whatever time, it'll send an email to these individuals. And with that email will be an attached report. So maybe you want to give them a PDF kind of look but don't touch version or this PNG visualization, which they'll be able to drill into that dollar amount, look at receipt images. So it's a really powerful tool and I just thought it would be nice to kind of highlight some other features. So yes, you're going to get information on spend, but maybe you want to take a look at audit. What type of flags are popping up for your organization? You can see very quickly here, we've got some receipt flag issues. There's a lot happening. So maybe you need to tighten or loosen the guardrails or perhaps talk to these employees, right? Or identify the categories that are high. So this is letting the system and that technology help you do things a little bit more efficient and identify kind of your bottlenecks, right? But it does not have to be graphical. We can do list views. This is really nice to say, maybe you send out a weekly report to the managers and the project managers that says these are the open expense reports you need to review. So it gives them a nice list view, which of course they can export to Excel, but you can let them do those filters on there. Okay? So they can determine how they want to slice and dice the data. But this is also built within security here. So it's really a powerful tool that will start to begin working day one for you. And I just, you know, if you think about any type of, let's say a pivot table you're doing or something like that, this can really eliminate the need for that. Okay? So just wanted to give you a little bit of flavor. We're happy to take questions of course, but I am going to turn it back to Megan now and Megan, so we can look at some of those helpful resources. Thank you so much, Diana. Appreciate you taking the time to walk us through the Inverse Professional platform. Thank you. Great. And we'll just wrap up here before we jump into questions with a couple key resources. So the number one resource I really want to emphasize with all folks, if you take a look in the right hand side of your screen, you'll see three tabs, chat, docs, and QA. If you click under docs, you will see a list of links. Now the number one place that we recommend everyone starts is the migration hub landing page. This is gonna be your one source of truth, the place where we have all links out to everything that you need to successfully complete the upgrade is gonna be on this page. And, of course, if you wanna revisit this webinar, send this recording to other folks, we will have the link hosted there along with a series of other assets like training resources for your employees that you can share it with your team so that they can get ramped up on the tool. Also, different documentation to ensure that the configuration was brought over effectively. Now the other thing I do wanna call out as well is how do you get in contact with us? As you've met Jamie, we've got a team here at Inverse who is here to dedicate or is a dedicated team here to support all of these migration steps. And so you've got two ways to reach out to us. You're welcome to send an email to nexoniumigrationinverse dot com, or you can submit a ticket through our help center. And again, if you go to that docs tab, go to the bottom, you'll see a link that says submit a support ticket. There's a series of different tickets, and at the bottom, you'll see Nexonium migration support. And we've got a team here that is ready to answer your questions, whether it's related to billing, to your configuration, getting access to emails, or anything else that you might need in order to feel confident in executing this upgrade, we are ready for those questions. So again, you should have I would recommend that everyone reviews these assets after the migration webinar, and also we will be sharing out this recording as well. But with that, what I will do is welcome the team back on stage, and we're gonna host a series of questions to get things kicked off here. So I'll bring back Diana, I'll bring back Jamie, and I'll bring back Tory, and we will review our questions. So first things first. Hi, Jamie. Hi, Tory. Welcome on stage. So I think we're gonna start with a couple technical questions. One of the first ones that came through was around the NetSuite connection. So Tori, can you talk a little bit about the difference between the SOAP versus REST and maybe how the connection with NetSuite works inside of Inverse Professional? Absolutely. So we have a, imbursed expense management suite app. Currently, many of those connections are built upon SOAP. However, we have started a migration over for REST as part of the partnership. So you'll continue to see enhancements there. You'll continue to see as some of the, SOAP capabilities. So then on REST, our partnership with NetSuite is pretty excellent. We we do our our our frequent reviews and releases and badging, so everything will continue to be supported as NetSuite makes their migration as well to REST. Thanks, Tore. And this question might be for both or one of you. But what is the process if someone has not received an email invitation yet? How can they get in touch to make sure that they are if they are the primary administrator, the person who's gonna be executing the upgrade, how can they get access to the information that they need? So the best way would be to contact support via the link that was just on the prior slide. If you if you go ahead and submit a request, then I'll get in touch with you and be able to provide you with a new link and new login access. Perfect. Thanks, Jamie. Maybe one thing to to to add there because I saw another question come up. That email is coming from accounts@certify.com. So you may wanna check to see if it it's maybe hit a filter. It could be in your list. Either way, let us know, and and we'll be happy to to share that out with you again. Great. We had a question from Crystal. Can we have more than one person access the new Inverse professional account to help explore the platform and really verify the configuration? Yes. Maybe, Tori, I'll throw that to. you. I'll I'll say who I'm throwing this to. So Tori. Yes. You can have multiple administrators. We understand there might be multiple members of your teams with different functions who wanna test different things. So we have made this a sort of an administrator only or accountant role only access for now, but you can have multiple members come in and and verify, test, create, play. Great. The next question we got was around if someone goes through the no cost implementation route, so the lift and shift, and they've gotten into the process, what happens if an integration isn't working properly? How would inverse support that situation? Maybe, Tori, if you wanna touch on that a little bit about our team. Sure. As Jamie mentioned, a quick ticket to Nexonia migrations, that means Jamie, myself, the team, we can help you and and really make sure that whatever it is that isn't working as as expected or as you need, if you need additional assistance, that we can, guide you through the process. Great. And a question for Jamie. What exactly is happening with your historical data inside of Nexonia? So you'll also be able to in the step by step guide, there are instructions on how to download that information. And if you need assistance, if you submit a ticket, we can obviously help you with that process as well. But we definitely recommend that you do go ahead and export all of your data just for your historical financial data purposes, especially for compliance and audit. Perfect. Okay. Just taking a look here. Does InBurst support single sign on? And this might be maybe, Raj, you might throw an additional question, but I think both on I'm assuming on the imbursed professional side. Is it that's the what the question is referring to? And maybe Tory or Jamie, if you're able to answer that. Single spine one is definitely supported, Yeah. and that's something that you can set up inside of the system. Perfect. Just taking a look. Yes. Roger's question was around Inverse Professional if it supports single sign on. Alright. And this question might be for I'll put this towards Tori. Just talking a little bit about the plan in the future of Nexonia. One of the questions came from John is when will Nexonia is there a plan for Nexonia to reach end of life? K. So, the migration that we are offering today, that is a a program that you are that we're extending as sort of a you can participate now and do your update. Nexania is a a legacy product. It is one that has has no longer received innovation. So while we're continuing to support and maintain it, we are starting to move or upgrade customers, such as yourself into, our products that are receiving more innovation. So there's there's no end of life date for Nexania. We were we'll continue to support it. However, we are encouraging customers to start, to move and to take advantage of these updates throughout this year. Thanks, Tory. We've got a question here around sorry. I'm just pulling these up. So I think there's a little bit of clarification we just wanna share around what we're bringing over in the, like or the lift and shift configuration. So the question was, how about user policy rules and approval rules? The fact it seems like these need to be manually configured. How does so I guess maybe some clarification on what we are including in that lift and shift configuration pullover, and then what is still gonna have to be reconfigured inside of the tool once they make the move over. I could probably, add in some some colors and context there. As part of the the lift and shift shift the technical migration, we are copying over policies. We are copying over categories and workflows for customers with highly integrated accounts, such as NetSuite or Intact. Most of that of those data points that are used so I'm gonna get really technical for a second. It's just who I am. Most of those data points that are used will come over in your integration. Now we do not pull over your credentials, for NetSuite or Intact. We would ask that you enter those in to pull over those data points, and then we can help you set up all of those those really specific, like, category triggers, or anything that really needs to be mapped to a user or to a category specifically once that connection is created. Lot of hands. Sorry. No. That's great. One thing I do think that would be worth just noting coming back to the fact that you're gonna be receiving these emails from accountcertify.com, it probably would be worth calling out the just URL change that we're currently going through with Inverse Professional. Just to clarify, some things might be coming from Certify, and that's what you have received today. But there is some changes coming with the URL around Inverse Professional. Tori, do we have any or anything else you wanna add to that or some any clarity? Yeah. I I think that all all goes in to say that Inverse Professional is continuing to receive a lot of enhancements. And as we've talked about Inverse, you'll see some branding updates as well to continue to to recognize that name. So where the, invite may have come from accounts at certify.com, that's gonna be updated to to be a little bit more reflective of the Embers brand. in the near future. Great. One of the questions we had was someone asking, you know, the impact on admins versus users or employees. They wanted to confirm, is this migration gonna impact admins? Is it gonna impact users who are submitting expenses? I it's think just good to clarify that this is gonna impact both your admins and users. You will be moving all of your administrators along with your employees into a new product. With that being said, though, we do have a resource center that does have some videos for employee training. So you do not have to create a video on how to train your employees. You can share that link out with them, and that will help really ease the migration for both your entire team. But to be very clear, you are moving from an entire the Nexonomy system into the burst imbursed professional system, which will be new for both, of those folks. I'll say first off, thank you everyone for lots of questions. So we're just continuing to go through them here. Okay. Just a question on the migration timeline. So if this is like for like for like migration, why isn't BRS providing three months to implement, and what setup do we have to do? Is it all just testing? Jamie or Tory, either of you, welcome to take that question. Sure. So I would say that it's primarily going to be the third stage, the testing and validation stage that is going to impact you the most because that's where you're you're really going to have to participate. But, again, with the like for like, we're bringing over all of your data structures from Nexania. So you will definitely have to do some work in terms of the validation and sign off. And I think that more than anything, it's really a change management function for the team since it's a new platform. So that that means that you are are going to need to, at some level, get up to speed with the new platform. It's it's very intuitive. It's extremely straightforward. There are a lot of new bells and whistles, but, inevitably, the impact that will be for your end users is not going to be it's not it's going to be minimal in terms of doing the data entry and submitting an expense for approval. Right? So not only that, if you do have any questions, so I just want to kind of back up also for a moment because with the questions that are coming in, there is in the system like, once you guys log in to the system, we have a complete comprehensive help guide area of the system that will go in detail of any of these very specific questions. It is separate from the migration guide, but just really to assist with, like, enabling your team to be able to have success moving on to the new platform. And the three month timeline is really just to give you guys a bit of time so that this isn't just like a rushed, hi. We're moving on to a new platform. You need to stop everything that you're doing and focus on this. Right? So we do wanna give you some lead time to be able to ease into this and to feel comfortable before going live with with all of your team. That's a great answer. Thanks, Jamie. Maybe and Jamie as well, could you share a little bit about what members or customers can expect when it comes to what they're gonna be receiving around their contracts, when they could receive it, what that's gonna look like, and any changes there? Sure. So and, Tori, feel free to hop in here at any point in time. But this is really a like for like migration, especially if it's option one, and you're doing the lift and shift. Right? So it's no cost to you for the migration. We walk you through the entire thing, and it's really made to reflect your current NexLonio pricing. Now the exclusive pricing is based off of time for contract renewals. So, really, we just wanna make sure that you do understand that there there is a timeline to be transitioning. If you would like to have that pricing, we cannot guarantee that you're going to have that if you're not within the migration period. One thing I I will add in here is that, as part of the migration program, we do have have some timelines and dates related to it. By April 1, you will receive, an order form that essentially has, the the pricing if should you, want to move over to Immersed Professional. And and as we've mentioned, that is to honor the pricing and and extend your subscription, similar to Nexania. For any customer who would like to take this opportunity to say, you know, we're moving to a new platform. Maybe we would like to explore some of the other approval processes or workflows now that we're we have a different system to leverage. We've really got an excellent implementation team. I can't speak, highly enough about them. So if you'd like to do some consultation, we do have implementation, packages and implementation pricing that that is offered through a best practice or a tailored just depending on what your needs are. Great. This next one, I think, is around kind of a best practice approach. And maybe, Tori, I'll put this to you. My organization is planning to convert to another ERP system later in the year. Would you recommend focusing on the ERP first, or would it be safe or I guess, would it be safe to continue using Nexonia throughout the remainder of the year, or should we convert to Nexonia and then focus on the ERP? I guess, there some advantages or disadvantages to doing the Nexonia migration first? Yeah. I think it it might depend on the stage you are. I know that that changing an ERP and an accounting system is really, a big process in terms of, what workflows will happen, what type of coding that you need. Often, I would say, doing two migrations or or two implementations at once could be a little heavy on the team. And that's where I would I'd kind of look at focusing on that ERP or that accounting change now would allow for you to have some of those policies established so that when you you do make that move into imbursed professional, you you're able to leverage all of that work and all of that thought process that went into the new accounting system as well. So there's two ways to look at it. You could take advantage of moving over now with a simpler tool, and maybe it's a lighter implementation onto professional because you're not, you may not have established all of the workflows that you'll have in the future. So you could do a, a consultation at that point when your ERP is ready, or you can contact us and let us know that you'd like to focus where you'd like to focus your your team, at this time. You've got options. That's great. And so you would recommend, that event, if a client has a long term plan this year that they wanna maybe reach out and share those plans so that we can help coordinate on maybe order of operations, that may be a great next step for them to take. Absolutely. Yep. Great. I think we maybe have quest or I'm gonna have one more question, and I'll have Lauren jump back up here. One more question is around, will existing projects, users, and their mappings from Nexonia transfer to Inverse Professional, or should we expect to rebuild those? Maybe I'll put that to Jamie. Sure. So, again, it's like for like. So I would I would say anything that is active and in use would be migrating over to professional. So if if you have any further questions about it, we can, obviously, talk about it. But, again, since it is like for like, anything that is currently in your system in NexLonia, that's what we're bringing over. It's also very dependent on, you know, are you do you have a current connector? There are some parameters that go along with the connectors versus if you are more manual and you have a custom export, we can definitely bring in the data. So the process is just slightly different on how we get that data into the system. Hello, everyone. I mean, we technically could answer one more quick question. We got three minutes. So if you want, we can. Maybe, Tori, could you speak a little bit to credit card assignments in Nexonia and how those will be transferring over? Certainly. So depending on your your credit card program, and we have that outlined in the migration guide as well. If you do have a corporate card program, let's say it's a Mastercard or a Visa card feed, what we'll do is we'll actually be able to transfer, that information over for you. There is a mapping screen available that users can actually, select or enter what card, will be their, their assignment for for business card integration. So those are ones using more of, like, a Finicity or it's not, through the financial institution where they're delivering a commercial file feed. Those are ones that we'll be able to set up in the interface, directly in professional. Great. Great. Yep. Alright. Well, jinx, Megan. So yeah. No. Lots of information was covered today. Tons of questions we got through. There were a few that we will follow-up with, especially if you had a very specific question related to your system. So be on the lookout. We will follow-up with you no matter what after this webinar. Once again, the recording will come to you in about twenty four hours. So if you wanna review anything like Diana's demo or just some other key timelines, you can do that. On the right hand side is the engagement panel again. So all the documents we discussed and Megan, brought up again at the end of the session, you can go there and you can download them and take a look at them as well as the slides for today's session if you'd like to share with your team and if you would like to submit a help center ticket so that you can keep this process going. Thank you very much for joining us today. We really appreciate you joining, and we look forward to talking to y'all again soon. Thank you. Thanks so much, everyone. Take care. Have a good day. Thank you.
